Wonder why you're not getting any calls?

So, you've been scouring the Internet looking for job opportunities, or work at home opportunities. You've done your due diligence, and applied to the companies that you thought sounded interesting.
Maybe you didn't read my first blog post, and just applied for everything and to every company. If you haven't read my first post asking the question " Want A Work at Home Business?", please scroll down to the archives, click on it and read. It truly will save you time and frustration.
Double check your entries before you click "send".
Now you are sitting back waiting for all the prospective reps to return your call, because after all, you put a lot of information out there!
I appreciate all the time and effort it took for you to enter all this information, I really do. In fact, I received your name and phone number and I was really excited to talk to you. In your comments box you gave me some information that led me to think you'd be a great addition to my team!
Do you wonder why you didn't hear from me today?
Read through the following list to see why:
- The phone number you listed was incomplete (9 digits instead of 10, for instance)
- The phone number you listed was entered incorrectly. Did you accidentally reverse some numbers?
- The phone number you listed no longer belongs to you. Did you list your relative's number by mistake? Have you moved since you completed your request for an interview?
- You have no answering machine or automated answering service. If you want prospective employers to reach you, you really need an answering service or machine. Many telephone providers give you that option for a small additional monthly fee. If you have a voice mailbox, for goodness' sake please take a few minutes to set it up. If you don't know how, someone will help...even the phone company.

I was disappointed I could not reach you because I have really wonderful information to share with you.
I was also frustrated because I had no way of letting you know that I did, in fact, try to reach you. My calling lists are valuable to me, it is the best way I have of building my business and I love to talk with people to hear what they want and to see how I can help them reach their goals. When I call and people are not home, or not available (yes, I know you may have been otherwise occupied, or you may be screening your calls...lots of people do that), I always leave a voicemail with my name, the reason for my call, my phone number and my company. Sometimes I add a few interesting tidbits too, but you'll never know now.
I'm always looking for people I can help. I can help with one of our programs. I can help you find financial freedom. I can give you time freedom to spend with your family, or to travel, or to enjoy your hobbies. I can save you money, I can help you make money. But I cannot help you if I am unable to talk with you to find out what I CAN DO FOR YOU.
I may not know you, but I care about your well-being because I'm that kind of person. I want to be able to reach out through the phone and give you encouragement, support, a pat on the back, or a hug if you need it.
You are in need of something, or else you would not have taken your valuable time to search for a way to solve your problem.
